Named the “M&M” Condo of Breck for two reasons. The owners, Marty and Margie (“M&M”) of Miami fell in love with Breckenridge and this beautifully appointed 2 bed/2 bath, ski-in/ski-out condo in 2004. So much so, they were married here!

Perfectly located mere steps from Breckenridge’s Main Street, your stay in the ‘M&M’ condo puts you near the heart of town and its Victorian era restaurants and shopping.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT LOCATION (There is no substitute!)

We believe the three rules of premier vacation lodging are: location, location, location! The ”M&M” is a true Ski-in/Ski-Out resort property. The ski lifts are a short elevator ride and about a 60-meter walk to the ski slopes from our condo. Maximize your ski lift ticket / passes by spending less time getting to the slopes and more time enjoying Breckenridge’s thrilling ski slopes located a short walk from your door!

The ”M&M” showcases fabulous views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, historic Downtown Breckenridge, and, of course, the majestic Rocky Mountains which are visible from the two balconies and every window. Watch the sunrise over the mountains from the comfort of the luxurious king-sized bed. View and listen to the comforting sounds of the Maggie Pond spilling into the babbling Blue river from the Master bedroom, living room, guest bed room, and spacious condo balcony. In summer (weather permitting), you can fall asleep to the song of the Blue river by opening a window or the balcony’s sliding door. A QUIET NIGHT’S REST

After an exhilarating day of enjoying the mountain, the resort and the town at high altitude, experience the unique benefit of staying at the Village and ”M&M” condo. Our complex’s construction provides added noise abatement and a quiet night’s rest when you need it most.

ON-SITE HEALTH CLUB (included at no extra charge)

Your rental also includes unlimited access to The Village Health Club located on the property inside The Peak Nine Inn. Pool hours are 7 AM to 10 PM and the exercise room is available from 6 AM to 11 AM. The Village Heath Club facility has four (4) outdoor hot tubs for soaking sore muscles after a fantastic day on the mountain. We also have a heated indoor-outdoor pool, aerobic and weight exercise room (with treadmill and life-cycle aerobic equipment), large steam room, dry sauna, locker room, and showers.

If you need more than our Health Club, the fabulous Breckenridge Recreation Center is just a ten-minute drive (or catch free shuttle) where for a small fee, you can enjoy wall climbing, basketball, racquetball, tennis courts, weight rooms, exercise machines, indoor running track, large lap pool for adults and. large wading pool for children, etc.

A CAR IS TRULY OPTIONAL

Guests can catch the Summit Stage Shuttle to all of Summit County, Keystone, Silverthorne outlet stores, & the Breck Recreation Center from a bus stop just 100 feet away! – The 2nd payment for the remaining balance (75%) is due at least 30 days prior to arrival date, and refundable ONLY IF cancellation occurs MORE than 30 days prior to arrival. No refund is provided for cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival.

A great condo with plenty of natural light.

We stayed in this condo for nine days at the end of September and really enjoyed it. We rented it because the picture showed that it was very light and bright.

We are a senior couple and after spending 2 to 3 hours every day hiking and biking we would come back to the condo and hang out. We like to be in a lighted area and not in a dark dingy place. This fit the bill perfectly. As this is a corner condo there were two walls of windows in the bedroom and the living area. The furniture was comfortable and all the rooms have windows that made them very bright. There were three TVs in the property and one of them quit working and we called Twila. She had somebody there to fix it within the hour!

We love staying in the village and in September it is really quiet. Of course, great walking distance to anything in town.

We would definitely stay at this property again.

Awesome location

The M&M condo was absolutely beautiful! It was located right in the heart of the town. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed to eat and cook at the condo. Would stay here again!

Summer 2018 Stay

We had 7 family members and stayed for 5 nights. We had an excellent time and most of that was due to having a clean, comfortable space to stay close to downtown. We took advantage of the outdoor gills and the kitchen for many of our meals while in Breckenridge. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs and the close proximity to downtown was great for our morning walks, daytime shopping and evening ice cream trips! We would highly reccomend this condo and look forward to returning soon!

M&M condo is wonderful! The view from the different rooms and balconys display sunrise and sunsets

M&M condo is located with easy access to Main Street and all the stores and restaurants. The hard part is leaving the condo views. In the morning I watched the sun rise from the guest bedroom balcony. In the evening I watched the sunset from the Living room balcony. At night from the master bedroom the whole Village lights up and it reminds me of a Christmas Postcard .... but its real! The condo is beautifully furnished and clean. Before we left at the end of our vacation we booked M&M again because we love it!

Location, location, location

Great location

The condo floor plan was nicely set up for privacy btw the bedrooms. Extremely helpful renter that responded quickly to all our questions. Kitchen and bathrooms where updated and very nice. The beds and bedding in the qn bedrm where we slept could use updating. The bedspread did not feel very luxurious or snuggly (that is being picky but how we felt). This room would be fine for children but not great for adults who were paying for 1/2 of the cost. The bigger problem was trying to sleep 2 adults in the qn bed that was so soft that we rolled into the center. Otherwise we are jealous and would love to have a condo in breckenridge :)

Great Condo and Location!

This was our first trip to Breckenridge so we weren't sure what to expect. Wow did we pick the right condo! Amazingly close to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street. Everything you need is within walking distance. We highly recommend the M&M Condo and Twilla with Breck Services. She was great to work with and answered all of our questions.

Our stay at the M&M Condo could not have been better. All the amenities of home...while on vacation. Excellent walking location to Peak 9, restaurants and shopping. We'll be back for a visit next year.

Wonderful trip , perfect accommodations.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week at M&M condo. This is the first time staying in Breck where our VRBO had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable and Twilla kept us up to date our parking and condo key arrangements. There were no issues whatsoever. Our teenage girls especially loved the m&m coffee mugs! They were a big hit with their evening hot coco! Thank you so much, we will request this condo on our next trip to Breck! Happy Holidays!

Best of Breck

The M&M, located in The Villages, was the perfect destination for our family of 5 to experience Breck for the first time! This 4th floor, 2 bedroom condo was clean, updated and spacious. The view from both outdoor patios was spectacular, along with the short walk to Main Street for shopping and dining. Because we visited in the summer, the unit did get a bit warm. The cool evenings helped with temperature control-with the windows open and being right on the Blue River, the ambient noise was soothing for me, but my husband and kids found it hard to sleep with background "noise". We also had an issue with the thermoatat in the refrigerator, but the management company was quick to reimburse us for the perishable items we lost. This is a great condo in a superb location!

I had an issue with the dates of my reservation and Twilla worked to help me get things straightened out. The property itself is a great location and has a lot of room. We really enjoyed our time there and would reserve this condo again if we need to be in The Village at Breckinridge again.

Great Stay!

The condo was wonderful! Location is awesome! The kitchen and baths were very nice. The bedding and linens could use updating. But otherwise the place is absolutely great!

The only other issue was, I called the owner with a question about the gas fireplace and they never returned my call or text. It ended up not being a big deal but still that is very unprofessional.

Great place! Location is perfect for easy access to downtown Breckenridge as well as to Peak 9 chair

I would stay here again; the only issue we ran into was the drain in the tub. We called the property management company & they came over to put some commercial grade drano down it which worked for 2 more showers but then it was bad again. Other than that, fantastic place that I highly recommend !

Great Location!

The condo was in a great location! Nice accommodations, however there were 6 of us and when we arrived, there were only 2 drinking glasses in the cupboard and not enough shampoo/conditioner so we had to call the office for those items. Also, the dining table only seated 5, but the place sleeps 8 so that seems strange.

Regarding the overall property, there are too few hot tubs for the amount of guests in the 4 or 5 different buildings. Also, parking in the garage was limited to one car for 6-8 people?
