The ski lifts are a short elevator ride and about a 60-meter walk to the lift ticket offices, ski lift (the “Quicksilver” 6-person high-speed lift) and ski slopes. Maximize your ski lift ticket / passes by spending less time getting to the slopes and more time adventuring on Breckenridge’s thrilling ski / ride trails – all accessible a short distance from your condo! The 1,650 sq. ft. penthouse condo provides plenty of space for large or combined families and small groups, and features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and all the amenities expected of a luxury resort rental. The “Moose Penthouse” is nestled between Peak 9 base of the Breckenridge Ski Area, and the historic Main street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge, Colorado.

The property features its own private sauna for soothing sore muscles after a fantastic day on the mountain. We also have shared indoor and outdoor hot tubs.

A Great Place

We just spent most of the week at this location and could not have been more pleased. We had eight ppl- four adults and four kids- and it worked out great. The adults were able to watch tv downstairs and the kids could do so upstairs while staying out of our hair. There were many sleeping options that came with the four bedrooms- king, queen, twins, bunks, etc.

The views of the mountain were beautiful.

What we really enjoyed was the true ski in/out functionality. Pick up your skis from the ski locker downstairs and walk about 40 yards to the edge of the slope and the lift is literally right there. So convenient and especially so with kids. Likewise, the town is just a short two minute walk away so takeout or sit down dinners are very easy.

I would be remiss if I did not mention how great the owner was to deal with. Chip was always quick to respond and provided constant useful information about the area, rentals, restaurants, etc. An absolute pleasure to work with.

No idea when, but we will look to return in the future!

Great property definitely highly recommend.

For those who want a ski in ski out this is a great location. Just step out the back door drop your ski's or snowboard and off you go. The place is very comfortable and has all the amenities one needs.

Great property!!

This a wonderful place to stay when traveling to Breckenridge. The location can't be beat. The view of the mountains from the porch was amazing. The townhouse is very roomy and the kitchen is fully equipped for staying in and cooking.

Chip was amazing to deal with and got back to me immediately if I had a question. We will return to Breckenridge and hopefully be able to stay at this great location.

Incredible location!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of the condo. It had plenty of room for us and was so convenient to the slopes and town. We drove in and never even used our car while we were there. Chip was very attentive to us and went above and beyond!

Great location and wonderful accommodations

Our family stayed in this condo for two nights and three days in early August. The accomodations were great and more importantly the location was perfect, especially with children. It is right off the main business district, but far enough away to avoid any noise. We had everything we needed, including the a fully stocked kitchen, great hot tubs and pool. The pool across the street was very nice. The kids loved it. We were able to rent bike's right across the street and every morning I was able to walk down to the nearby coffee shop. We walked to town every night and during the day to enjoy the great restaurants and other activities, including the walking to the Gondola to get access to the summer activities on the mountain. The best part is the location is great for summer or winter. Even though we were not there during the winter, it is adjacent to the ski slopes for easy access to skiing.

We also really enjoyed working with the owners. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back and stay again.

Great place for a group to share!

A bunch of us stayed together for a summer conference just up the hill. The kitchen facilities allowed us to cook many meals, and the living room area was great for hanging out. The layout of rooms allows for some night owls and early-risers to both have ways to use the kitchen and living room without disturbing others. The owners and property managers are VERY easy to work with--I'd recommend this to anyone going to Breck for a stay.

Great location

Agree location was awesome. Walked the kids out the back and it was an easy walk to ski school (with a 5,6,7, and 9 year old) then to the lifts for adults. A couple people in our group didn't ski so it was equally easy for them to head out the front and just a block to Main St. The ski room in the lobby is nice so you don't have to haul skis up to the condo. Beds comfortable and plenty of room for a large group in the dining room. Plenty of bathrooms but 3 of the 4 are not "attached" to the bedrooms. Not a big deal and we would definitely book here again. The owner was very responsive when we had questions ahead of time and gave us good ideas for restaurants and ski rentals.

Great condo/perfect location

Our family stayed in this condo for a week in late July. The accommodations were great. 2 BR upstairs and 2 BR downstairs gave plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool across the street was very nice. The kids loved it. We also enjoyed the hot tub right in the building. The best part was the location. So convenient to everything we wanted to do.....horseback riding, hiking, ATV's, white water rafting. Since thecondo was only a couple of blocks to be main street, we walked to town each night to enjoy the great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and hope to come back soon!
